Imitation 'oriental ramen' from top ramen

boil 2 c. water.
at a rolling boil, add 1tbs salt and add skins and a bit of flesh from 1 clove of black garlic.
add minced ginger, slices of fresh shitake, a few bonito flakes and some braggs amino acid (or soy )
add fresh ramen noodles, cook until al dente.
add a touch of shrimp paste/flakes to thicken. - perhaps a bit of corn starch whisked in when off the heat.

remove and top with diced scallions/red peppers/dried baby shrimp.
if you have it, top with room temp. fermented crab legs.
